Booking means that all participants accept these rules.
Hygiene
- A shower is required before swimming.
- A clean swimsuit is required.
- Children who are not toilet-trained must wear a suitable swim diaper.
- All rubbish must be placed in the bins.
Schedule
- The reserved time slot must be strictly respected.
- Arrival and departure must be on time.
- The morning slot ends at 1:00 p.m. and the afternoon slot starts at 2:00 p.m.
Payment and booking
- The time slot is confirmed after receipt of the deposit or full payment.
- A booking awaiting payment is held for 1 hour 35 minutes, then released automatically.
- The balance must be paid before or at the start of the rental.
Safety and responsibility
- Children must remain under the permanent supervision of their responsible adults.
- Running, pushing and dangerous behaviour around the pool are prohibited.
- The maximum capacity is 8 people, including children.
Respect for the premises
- The premises, equipment and furniture must be left clean and in good condition.
- Any damage caused by the group may be charged.
- Music and behaviour must respect the neighbourhood.
