Legal booking terms

The booking becomes final after the deposit or full payment has been verified. Until payment is verified, the request remains pending.

Temporary hold

When a booking is created, the slot is held for 1 hour and 35 minutes to allow payment. After this time, it may automatically become available again.

The deposit is the percentage displayed at booking. The balance must be paid before or at the start of the rental.

Maximum capacity is 8 people, including children. Children must remain under permanent adult supervision. Dangerous behaviour is prohibited.

A shower before swimming is compulsory. The premises, equipment and furniture must be left clean and in good condition. Any damage may be charged.

Morning: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Afternoon: 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. Full day: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Arrival and departure times must be respected.
